Sarah and Patrick Morton Arboretum Lisle October Wedding

Sarah and Patrick’s October wedding at Morton Arboretum was a fall DREAM. I mean, look at those fall vibes they created and how mother nature was just showing off that evening. They were married under the tree they got engaged, how awesome is that??

Fun story. They met online but actually had a bunch of mutual friends and had lived close to one another their whole lives. But never met. It was like fate intervened so they could meet!!

I loved documenting Sarah and Patrick’s wedding day. Their family and friends were so sweet!! And it was clear how much they love them. Everyone was nothing but smiles all day long.

One of my favorite parts of the day though was when we took the tram out to this grove of trees. Being that it was October it was darker earlier than usual so it was blue hour by the time we got there. And the trees blocked out a lot of light which made for getting creative and taking some spooky photos! Love that. But it also was so nice for the wedding party to just hang out and have some fun drinking and chatting on the tram. Oftentimes on a wedding day, you don’t get to spend just quality time with your people because its go go go. But I am glad they got a little extra time to just hangout with their friends :)
