Drive Through Illumination Lisle Illinois Morton Arboretum 2020

Right before Thanksgiving we went to the drive through Illumination at The Morton Arboretum. It was beautiful! I follow the Arboretum on Facebook which is where I found out they were doing the Illumination as a drive through this year and boy were people unhappy. Which is unfortunate. I get that all of the things we would have normally done this year have changed or that we have been asked not to do them by staying home. But honestly, I felt like this was a great compromise. Unfortunately the snack stand was closed that night but had it been open we could have sipped on hot chocolate while we listened to music and watched the lights.

I wish we had also checked out the lights in Northbrook. While these were pretty I heard those lights were about 100x betters. Next year it will be on our list to check out!
